The four models share one voltage platform, so capacity is the sizing decision: 5.24 kWh for lighter pallet-jack duty, up to 14.3 kWh where a small truck works long or multi-shift hours. Battery capacity, weight and size can be customised to the requirement, because a 24V pack has to fit the exact compartment and counterweight role of the battery it replaces.
Why lithium suits 24V warehouse duty
Pallet jacks and stackers are opportunity-charging natural fits: they park near work areas all day, and a lithium pack can take a short top-up whenever the operator takes a break, instead of being swapped or left on charge. The manufacturer's LiFePO4 safety case applies directly here — the cells do not catch fire until 270 C, and the built-in BMS shuts the battery down at 65 C if it detects a problem, long before that point. There is no gassing during charging, no acid corrosion of battery trays and nearby parts, and no watering routine for a small fleet that nobody has time to maintain.
For multi-shift operations the practical gain is the end of battery changing: one lithium battery stays in the truck, which removes the extra wear on batteries and trucks and the handling risk that comes with constant swaps.
