Forklift batteries first
Material handling is the core of the range. The manufacturer's forklift line covers 24V, 36V, 48V and 80V lithium batteries — with 96V and capacities up to 1200 Ah across the full programme — and more than 600 battery options for lift trucks of every make and model. Mixed-fleet support covers Heli, Hangcha, Hyster-Yale, Crown, Toyota, Raymond, Combilift, Jungheinrich, Caterpillar, Doosan and Mitsubishi trucks, so a mixed warehouse fleet can be converted on one battery platform.
Lithium changes the working day, not just the battery. A Torphan lithium forklift battery accepts opportunity charging during breaks, and the manufacturer's industrial battery record puts a full charge at 1 to 2 hours for its lithium iron phosphate forklift line — the time actually achieved depends on the pack's capacity and the paired charger's current, and the quote states it for the specified pair. With top-ups through the day, one battery can cover two or even three shifts. There is no watering, no acid handling and no battery changing room to staff. Cycle life is 2 to 3 times that of a lead-acid battery, which is where the operating-cost case comes from.
Storage on the same LiFePO4 platform
The storage range runs on the same lithium iron phosphate chemistry. At home scale there are wall-mounted Power Wall units of 5.12 kWh, 10.5 kWh and 14.3 kWh, home systems up to 28.6 kWh, and rack modules for larger installations. For commercial and industrial projects the line extends to cabinet systems and a container energy storage system on a 512 Vdc platform with up to 150 kW of output. Every storage product carries a built-in smart BMS with communication to the inverter or charger, so the battery, the charger and the power electronics work as one system.
Chargers and BMS, matched at the factory
A lithium pack is only as good as its charger and its battery management system. The TOR6107 high-frequency charger series talks to the battery's built-in BMS over CANbus while charging, and the PCS BMS platform adds active balancing at 2 A, three CAN buses and RS485 for storage and motive packs. Both are part of the same manufacturer's range, so compatibility is settled before anything ships.
How to order
Pick the page that matches your equipment, check the datasheet values, then send an inquiry with the details that decide the battery: forklift brand and model, voltage, capacity, and quantity — or, for storage, the daily load and backup hours you need. Minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed on quotation. Certificates are available upon request.
