Size and weight are customised on this platform, and the cycle-life figure for the 36V line is specific: 3500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, which is the basis of the lower total cost of ownership case for the range. The packs carry an intelligent BMS with an LCD screen option to check battery status in real time, REMA or Anderson plug choices, CAN, RS485 or RS232 communication options, and a buzzer alarm when state of charge drops below 10% or a single cell falls under 3.05 V.
Built for Class I and Class II work
The manufacturer's 36V power system is described as a plug-and-play solution for Class II and Class I forklift equipment, including order pickers, stackers and three- to four-wheel sit-down trucks, with a continuous working current of 300 A. That current headroom matters in narrow-aisle work, where lifts and travel run together and a sagging battery slows the whole aisle.
The lithium case for this voltage class is the standard one, and it is practical: the same capacity in a smaller size than lead-acid, no memory effect, charge whenever needed, maintenance-free operation, storage of up to 6 months thanks to a very low self-discharge rate and no risk of sulfation, and heat tolerance for applications where ambient temperature runs high.
Matching a 36V pack to your truck
Send the truck brand and model — the range records dedicated 36V fitments across the main fleets — plus your shift pattern. The quote is built on the Li-Power 38-series table above, with the working temperature window and charger pairing confirmed for your site. Minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed on quotation.
