The UPS range
The manufacturer's UPS listings record an expanded smart lithium-ion UPS portfolio with a broad range of power options from 500 VA to 3000 VA for the home and small-system end, lithium iron UPS designs for home use, and LiFePO4 energy storage for UPS applications at system level. Behind those sit the same 51.2V storage platforms used across this site — wall units and rack modules with smart BMS — for larger backup installations.
Why lithium replaces lead-acid in UPS duty
The case is weight, life and attention. LiFePO4 batteries are lighter than an equivalent lead-acid battery, which reduces total UPS weight where network devices share the rack or cabinet. They are sealed and maintenance-free — no watering, no periodic replacement cycle on the lead-acid schedule, and no ground-fault exposure of the kind unprotected lead-acid installations carry. Cycle life on the storage platforms runs into the thousands (over 7000 on the wall series), against the few hundred cycles of a typical standby lead-acid block, so a lithium UPS battery is a fit-and-forget component for years of standby and outage duty.
Specifying a lithium UPS battery
UPS sizing starts from the load in watts, the runtime required, and the UPS unit's DC bus and charging profile. Send those three items — plus whether the installation is a battery replacement inside an existing UPS or a new storage-backed system — and the quote matches the battery to the duty. Minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed on quotation.
Replacement or new system?
Two distinct purchases hide under "lithium UPS battery". The first is a battery replacement inside an existing UPS, where the smart lithium-ion UPS portfolio (500 VA to 3000 VA class options) and the bus voltage of the existing unit decide compatibility. The second is a new backup system, where the battery is specified from the storage platforms — wall units or rack modules with smart BMS — and paired with the inverter as one design. Say which of the two you are buying in the inquiry; the specification questions, and the quote, are different for each.
Support across the manufacturer's range — OEM and ODM production, technical support and training on industrial lines — applies to UPS battery projects as it does to storage projects, so a multi-site rollout can standardise battery, documentation and support on one supplier.
